Built for real human connection.
The AI Host encourages interaction between people. It is a social facilitator, not a companion, and is not designed to establish personal or advisory relationships with community members.
01Meet your AI Host
Kazoo helps people connect in meaningful ways within a university, workplace, neighborhood, or any other community. Like a great host, it introduces people, organizes activities, gathers news, and connects people for support, questions, events, online games, clubs, hobbies, social activities, and sports.
02Start with a conversation
If you are a Kazoo beta tester, log in to your beta community and select the center Host tab. Ask the Host to organize an event, create a club, distribute a survey, sell a sofa, create a contest, or report on community news.
“Ask around and see who’s looking for a workout partner.”
03Make a plan. Find your people.
Ask the Host to create a bowling party, then ask it to find people in the community who might want to attend. The event appears in your Hub, where it tracks attendees and enables comments, photos, and videos. The Hub is the tab to the left of the Host tab.
“Create a bowling party, and ask around to see who wants to come.”
04Send different messages in one ask
The DMs tab is to the right of the Hub. In a single message to the Host, you can ask it to DM different people with different messages—even a mix of individual and group messages.
“Please DM Robert and tell him to show up at 6pm to set up the chairs. Separately DM Emma to come at 7pm with the snacks. Also DM Blake and Alvin in a group message that it’s OK to bring their cousins after 8pm.”
05Ask a question. Share a survey.
Ask Kazoo to “ask around” when you have a question or want to know what’s happening this evening. Create a specific survey for the entire community, particular clubs, or just your friends.
“Ask my running club which day works best for our next meetup.”
06Experiment, then tell us about it
There are many ways the Host can help you connect. Try different requests and share what worked, what surprised you, and what could be better. We’re eager to hear your feedback at support@kazooapp.ai.
